In this game there are no goals or objectives, no scoreboards or time limits. Just an environment and some cute little plants and animals to place in it.

You can place things by dragging and dropping them onto the map. Some things can only be placed on certain tiles! Experiment if you can't place something! Placing a few of certain plants or animals unlocks new ones. You can also look around the world by panning the canvas.

Try to unlock them all! Or don't. What matters is you build a cozy little world you feel at home in!

Pretty relevant game. It won't let me place the bees, or tell me I can't place them so I'm confused.

Thank you for your comment 🙂.

It is really odd that you can not place bees, that should not happen. Their placement rules are identical to that of butterflies (so you should be allowed to place them on grass). Can you place butterflies on grass?

If you would like (totally optional, but it would help me), you could do some additional testing:

It possible that the bees are placed, just not displayed correctly. You can try placing 11 bees and 6 birds to check if you unlock trees. If so, then the bees are placed, but invisible.

You can also provide a short video showing the issue if you like.

Can you please provide your OS and browser version so I can squash this bug 😉.

Both bees and butterflies are invisible. I did unlock trees. I'm using windows, but probably not windows 10. Browsing in Firefox.

Okay, then it is what I suspected, and the particle system is not displaying correctly. I will test on Windows in Firefox, and file a bug report for the engine if I can reproduce it. I will add a single main bee in the meantime once the jam is over to make it display for people who don’t see the particle system.

Thank you for reporting this issue 🙂
